Transportation Flow Terms of Service
Last updated: March 9, 2026. These terms govern access to the Transportation Flow platform and the Transportation Flow mobile app.
1. Access and authorized use
Transportation Flow is intended for authorized company users only. Accounts, assigned transfers, and operational data are controlled by the tenant organization that grants access to the platform.
2. Operational records
Transfers, delivery confirmations, signatures, photos, return folios, and related documents form part of the operational record of the service. Users must provide truthful, complete, and timely information.
3. Driver app obligations
Drivers using the native app must keep the assigned device secured, follow company instructions, and grant the permissions required for active workflows such as live tracking, delivery confirmation, and trip evidence capture.
4. Restrictions
Users may not attempt to access data outside their authorized tenant scope, bypass application controls, tamper with trip evidence, or disable required compliance steps while executing assigned services.
5. Availability and changes
Transportation Flow may evolve operational workflows, modules, mobile capabilities, and legal/compliance controls over time. Continued use of the service is subject to the currently published policies and tenant-specific operating rules.
